Orbit Irrigation is the world’s leading retail brand for outdoor watering—and a global thought leader in water conservation. Orbit, Hydro-Rain, and B-hyve serve homeowners across six continents and 40+ countries. But even with strong products, Orbit was being pulled into commodity expectations: price-first messaging, a dated ecommerce experience, and a fractured story that didn’t match the innovation in the product line.
We partnered with Orbit to elevate the brand from “low-cost commodity” to lifestyle and confidence—then rebuilt the ecommerce experience to make that position felt immediately. The result was a clearer story, a simpler buying experience, and dramatic growth through a flagship brand + ecommerce launch.
Quick Find Navigation
Orbit’s problem wasn’t product quality—it was friction. When hundreds of products are hard to find, hard to understand, and hard to purchase, the category defaults to sameness and price shopping.
We re-architected navigation so customers could quickly discover the right solution, understand what it does, and purchase without confusion. The goal was not “more features”—it was a calmer, more intentional path to the right product. Clear structure, simpler product discovery, and a faster checkout turned the website into a flagship e-commerce experience that supported Orbit’s new position.
Custom Photography
To elevate Orbit from commodity to lifestyle, the visuals couldn’t feel like a parts catalog. The product needed to look like it belonged in real life—yards, gardens, homes, and the moments people actually care about.
We led custom photography direction to shift Orbit’s visual language from “spec-driven” to “life-driven.” Better lighting, composition, and set-ups made products feel premium and approachable. The imagery didn’t just decorate pages—it supported the new story: simplicity, ease, and conservation that fit everyday life.

We rebuilt messaging to translate innovation into meaning. We framed products around what they enable, why they matter, and how they fit into the customer’s life. In a category crowded with functional sameness, the story becomes the differentiator—and it has to show up consistently across the website experience, not just in a tagline.
Amazon Merchandizing
Orbit’s growth depended on winning where customers actually buy—and for many, that means Amazon. If your products aren’t easy to find and easy to trust in the marketplace, you’re invisible at the point of purchase.
We improved Orbit’s Amazon presence by upgrading product representation and discoverability so customers could understand the benefits quickly and purchase with confidence. Clear presentation, stronger content, and a better shopping path helped increase awareness and support ecommerce growth beyond the flagship site.
